Product Returns

If you wish to return any items, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The easiest way to do this is by completing the form below. After contacting us about your return, we will provide you with the appropriate returns address for your products and you will then have 14 days in which to return the goods.


Please note that you are under a duty to take reasonable care of any items you wish to return. The goods must be in an "as new" condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


Any items that you return to us are at your own risk. We therefore strongly advise all customers to take reasonable care when returning any items, for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

The appropriate returns address for your products will be provided to you after you’ve contacted us about your return.


Delivery charges

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless you received wrong, faulty or damaged products (see below).


Items that cannot be returned

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods which have been used, are muddy or dirty, have an odour e.g. smoke, have been damaged as a result of misuse, or are not in a clean and dry condition;
  • Safety equipment including climbing hardware, ropes, helmets and harnesses (for health and safety reasons);
  • Perishable goods, such as food or bait;
  • Underwear (for health and hygiene reasons);
  • Unsealed CDs, DVDs or other recording media, software or videos (for copyright reasons);
  • Made to measure or personalised goods.

Wrong, faulty or damaged items

If you have received the wrong item or the item is faulty or damaged we will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
Note that damage caused to the product once it is in your possession does not make the product faulty or defective and is beyond our responsibility. Any items returned to us as being faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to the sender and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
